- How do I make my Woodworker's Rewards CLUB Visa payment online?
To submit a payment from this web site, select 'Setup Online Payment' from the 'Payments' dropdown menu. After the payment information is set up, payments are submitted by selecting 'Make Online Payment' from the 'Payments' dropdown menu. Click here for on-line account access
- When I submit a payment online, when will my payment post?
Payments submitted before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time will be credited and posted to your Woodworker's Rewards CLUB Visa account by midnight Central Standard Time. Payments submitted after 5:00 PM will be credited and posted by midnight the following business day. Until your payment posts, it will appear as a pending payment on the 'Payment History' page.
- How do I confirm that the payment I just made was successful?
To view the payment history of your account, select 'Payment History' from the 'Payments' dropdown menu. This page will also display the pending payment you just submitted online.Click here for on-line account access
- If I submit a payment online, will this be automatically done every month?
No. When you submit a payment online, your payment will not be automatically withdrawn every month. This is a one time payment.
- Can I have my Woodworker's Rewards CLUB Visa payment deducted from my checking account every month?
Yes, Woodworker's Rewards CLUB Visa offers an Autopay system. With this system, your payment can be automatically deducted from your checking account every month in one of three ways:
- Minimum payment of 3% of your balance or $10, whichever is greater.
- A fixed amount - for example, $100 per month or your minimum payment, whichever is greater.
- Entire statement balance.
If you wish to set up Auto Pay, you may contact Customer Service at 1-800-974-3678
- How do I change my password?
To change your password, select 'Change Password' from the 'Services' dropdown menu.Click here for on-line account access
- How can I download my statement or current transactions?
To download your statement, go to the bottom of the page containing your statement or current activity. From the 'Download Options' dropdown menu, select your preferred file type to download and click the 'Go' button. The file formats we provide are Quicken, Microsoft Money, and Comma Delimited. - How can I redeem my points and do they ever expire?
Points can be redeemed at your convenience. They can be used at Woodworker's retail stores, when ordering by phone, or when placing an order online. The points do not expire as long as your account remains open and in good standing.
- Is it possible to change my payment due date?
Yes, you can change your payment due date to a more convenient time of the month. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-974-3678 for more information.
- How do I report my Woodworker's Rewards CLUB Visa has been lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-974-3678 immediately.
